B.Com, graduate from Canara High School, Mangalore and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1993. He secured 17th Rank in C.A Intermediate examination and 10th Rank in C.A. Final. He has vast experience in Statutory Audit, Internal Audit. Nationalised Banks Audit. Project Report preparations, Company Law Matters, Taxation. Transfer Pricing. setting up of foreign branch and subsidiary in India and allied knowledge fields.

B.Com graduate and qualified as a CA in 2019 and became a Partner in B.P.Rao & Co.. Chennai in January 2020. His expertise lies in Process Consulting, Internal Audits and Developing Tools for Small- Medium sized organizations to enable better analysis and processes customized to their distinct operations. He has exposure in Hospitality. Research and Automotive Industries.
